Title: Performance Review

Office of Primary Responsibility: Vice President for Administrative Services/ Human Resources

All college personnel filling regularly established positions shall have their performance reviewed at least once during each fiscal year.

Each official performance review of an employee shall be documented and become a part of that employee’s official personnel record.

The president is authorized to develop procedures for the performance review of all college personnel.
