Title: College Awards Programs

The president is authorized to establish awards programs to recognize employees, students, and others.  Included in this program is the awarding of honorary degrees, the title of Emeritus or Emerita, as well as such other awards as may be deemed appropriate for employees, alumni of the college, friends of the college, and distinguished community leaders.  Recipients of awards will each receive appropriate recognition.  Compensation for employee awards will be included in the college’s annual salary schedule.
